Interfracht Overseas (Shanghai Ltd., hereunder called IOS, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Interfracht Overseas Ltd., Hong Kong which is an Interfracht group company in Switzerland.

IOS was established in Shanghai on July 1st 2010. It has offices located in Shanghai, Ningbo and Shenzhen in China.
